This sugar free waffles recipe has been past down from my mother, and it is loved by both kids and adults. I have made this homemade healthy waffle recipe on a weekly basis for countless lunch playdates for the kids, breakfast, weekend lunch, brunch and even dinner. Definitely a fan favorite!
Preheat the electric waffle iron to desired temperature.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
Add eggs, olive oil, and milk to the dry ingredients and mix with a whisk until well incorporated.
Pour batter into preheated waffle iron, and cook until golden.
Serve warm with maple syrup and favorite toppings.
